We've got a real busy summer ahead of us this year, on top of a full season with the outer regions we are putting on the reconnection camp again and I have started a new festival business. Our new venture is called El Chipo's, a high grade festi chippy selling hand cut skin on chips made from quality potatoes and cooked in 100% pure rapeseed oil. They will be served along with a choice of toppings - cheese, chilli, spicy daal and mushy peas.
El Chipo's had its virgin voyage last week at the horse drawn camp and it went down a storm, we all left full of enthusiasm and excitement and are looking very forward to the next El Chipo's gig which will be at this years Buddhafield Festival. We will also be taking the set up to reconnection and into the wild this year.
The outer regions is also getting a makeover for this season, we're making a new counter, canvas and munchie display cases. This year we will be offering cbd shots with drinks and we have been developing a whole range of energy balls, the recipes of which we have been working on throughout the winter and were really excited to see how they go down with the customers.
