Beltane is here and the smell of summer is in the air . We have been flat out all winter restoring our new yard we have rented deep in the slad valley, Gloucestershire which will be our base for all things urban sedated and outer regions. pictures soon come :).

We are starting work next week building a new counter and tables for the cafe as this year we celebrate the 10th aniversary of the outer regions and think she deserves a makeover.
